Tourist Police Station
Tourist Police Station headquarters receives formal complaints from tourists in cases of thefts, petty stealing, perceived crime of any sort, when lost and failures of tour operators who then fail to compensate you, which is theft.
Officers speak English, Italian, French, Portuguese, Ukrainian, and Japanese.

Telephone for advice when in a difficult situation, call from any public telephone booth, you can call to make a complaint about:
- Commercial abuse cases.
- Thefts, petty stealing, lost and found, you may be lost and matters relating to tourist services such as breach of services and failed transactions.
In these cases, Tourism Police Station, Tourism Ombudsman and the Bureau of Consumer Protection are there t protect you.
