The apartment occupies an entire floor with a lift to your front door leading to a small open plan reception area and guest bathroom; to your right is a large drawing room and dining area combined, which contrasts both traditional and contemporary decoration with a sofa-bed, plasma TV, DVD, a surround sound system and access to a large sunny balcony that offers a truly magnificent view of the beautiful white Basilica Del Pilar, Recoleta Cemetery and green spaces for as far as the eye can see – a pilgrimage to Eva Peron’s (Evita) resting place is a must. To your left is a large fully fitted luxury kitchen, which contains every high grade appliance needed for either a short or long term Buenos Aires Stay, including a washer and separate dryer. There are two tastefully decorated double bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom affords our tenants the flexibility of twin single or a king size beds – just let us know. Off the kitchen is a small bedroom and en-suite shower room for either guests or a live-in domestic. The apartment has internet, air conditioning in all rooms and maid service. This apartment is recently refurbished to a very high standard and is highly recommended to those who want contemporary luxury living in the most prestigious area of Buenos Aires. This Recoleta apartment is reasonably priced; and many other Buenos Aires apartments cannot compete on either location or the enviable views of some of the city's most famous national monuments.
